Return and refund policy


Order processing: 
Order can be canceled only within 7 days from the date order was processed, any cancellations accepted after that are at the sole discretion of Equihua. Payment is required in full at the time of purchase.

Refunds: 
We do not accept refunds.

Additional non-returnable items:

Sale items (if applicable): 
Unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged. 

Exchanges (if applicable): 
No exchange, unless authorized by EQUIHUA

If an exchange is authorized, a 20% restocking fee will apply and be billed prior to accepting the item.

To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be completely unworn, and all original packaging, including hangtags should be intact.

There is a limit to the amount of times a single item can be exchanged. A maximum of one size exchange can be made.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email with images at sales@equihua.us

Gifts: 
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return if accepted by EQUIHUA. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you or a code for EQUIHUA store credit will be emailed.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a credit to the gift giver and they will find out about your credit, if the return is approved by EQUIHUA.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and a shipping fee will be applied if you choose to use our domestic return label. Please note that we are unable to provide shipping labels or reimbursement for international returns, and any duties or taxes collected by the shipping service upon delivery will be non-refundable.

Please note that we are not responsible for stolen goods during transit or delivery. We are not responsible for undelivered goods by the carrier. If you wish to purchase additional insurance, please do so at check out or consider adding the option for a signature confirmation. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
